1. Where do you ship from?

We ship to Europe from our warehouses in Asia and Europe. Your order will be sent from the location that offers the quickest delivery to your address — we prioritize speed over borders.

2. Do you ship internationally?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you. Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll fix it fast. Due to limited drops, we don’t offer size exchanges — so double-check the size chart!

9. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Sometimes customs or regional delays happen — especially on international orders. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 15 business days, contact us and we’ll help.
